    First 3 sets of 5 @ 135
    4th set was 4 @ 135
    Took a little longer rest in between sets and completed 2 more sets of 5 @ 135

  2. What a great day to be a CrossFitter! Nice pic of an Okie shoulder pressing. Well I have posted what CrossFit Jenks has caused me to do today. Read it and weap or laugh, but read it nonetheless and go try to beat it and enjoy today’s WOD 🙂 Thank goodness tomorrow is a R+R day

    Weighed today, BW = 169 lbs at 38 y/o
    CFWU x 2 at 10 reps
    3000 meter ROW = 13:27

    WOD as RXd (Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 reps):
    1st set 5 reps at = 95
    2nd set 5 reps at = 115
    3rd set 5 reps at = 135
    4th set 5 reps at = 135 pushed on rep 4 and 5 sorry
    5th set 5 reps at = 115

    Weak Area Training Follow-Up: Perform each train-up exercise in a rotation fashion going from one to the other until 3 rounds/sets complete
    Dumbell Press 40 lbs max reps x 3 sets 7, 8, 8
    Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 95lbs x 3 sets 10, 11, 12
    Rear Shoulder Press 95lbs x 3 sets 8, 6, 8
