Friday’s are tough for me. I was only able to complete four rounds, because I have a super early Faculty Workshop today. Sorry, I will make up for my weak excuse.
WOD as RXd but only four rounds:
50 Squats
30 Pull-ups
15 Handstand push-ups
Time = 31:03
