With a continuously running clock do one muscle-up the first minute, two muscle-ups the second minute, three muscle-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.
Jim Nichols performs a Thruster on his first date with “Fran”.

Nice pic of Jim. I sure hope his first Date with FRAN was better than mine. She thought and knew I was weak. I am still working hard to change her mind though. Ha Ha

*Modified WOD* unable to do muscle-ups as I am still recovering from wrist surgery. The transition from pull-up to dips kills it still.
2000 meter ROW warm-up get blood flowing (stiff from yesterday)
Modified WOD =
This is all performed with a 10lb weight belt (divers wt belt) on to make up for my lack of muscle-ups.
With a continuously running clock perform:
one pull-up immediately followed by one dip the first minute,
two pull-ups immediately followed by two dips the second minute,
three pull-ups immediately followed by three dips the third minute,
continuing as long as you are able.
Results (reps achieved/mins) of 10lb weighted pull-ups/dips = 9
Now, immediately repeat all of the above without the weight belt in exact same fashion.
Results (reps achieved/mins) of standard pull-ups/dips = 8
20 vertical leg lifts
30 ab-mat sit-ups
Have a great day. Look forward to tomorrow’s WOD
