    WOD as RX’d
    Run 5 K TIME = 24:57

    Weak Area Training Follow-Up: Perform each train-up exercise in a rotation fashion going from one to the other until 3 rounds/sets complete

    Snatch 65 lbs once directly followed by 10 Overhead squats (OHS) with the 65lbs (this is all one event)
    15 Back Extensions
    15 Glute-Ham/roman chair sit-ups

    Finish off with one final set of 45lb OHS burns

    Look forward to tomorrow’s rest day and mowing the yard.
