    Five rounds for time of:
    400 meter run
    Used 75lbs instead of 95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
    TIME = 22:59
    Nancy put a whippin on me today. I was hating life doing her, but feel great now that it is all over. CrossFit is weird like that.

    Follow-Up Training:
    100 Push-Ups
    100 Sit-Ups
    50 Pull-Ups
