		<description>Greetings CrossFit Jenks crossfitters,
Wow what a weekend and week.  I have been playing a little catch-up.  Just wanted to start by saying that is an impressive &quot;FRAN&quot; video of our famous Owner/Trainer/Coach Breck Berry.  Outstanding job, video, and super impressive time.  I am envious, and would just like to break ten minutes.

Nice pics of some great kids climbing the rope at CrossFit Jenks.  I am definitely impressed with the new facility.  What a great family business.  I am not sure about that Albino guy&#039;s pics performing &quot;GRACE.&quot;

Anyway here&#039;s a little WOD catch-up.  

Sunday 070923 (Performed Monday, 1 day back)
100 pull-ups and 100 dips @ 23:05

Tuesday 070925 (Performed Monday, 1 day back)
Five rounds for time of:  Only could muster four rounds, I had hard PT in the morning (I know I&#039;m weak)
95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15 reps
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
4 rounds @ 18:43

Have a great evening and will knock out the 5k tomorrow.  Train Hard   OkieDB Out</description>
