Great pics on today’s WOD showing one of the 10 general physical fitness skills (Balance). Hope today’s classes went well. It is too cool that Marine Officer (LT Mike Berry) posted on your comment board. Anyway, had to play a little catch-up today and did not get to make it in for the FGB. We have a realtor coming to inspect the house for move out.

15 Overhead Squats (45lbs)
15 pull-ups
25 push-ups
25 ab-mat sit-ups
400 meter run
Actually went ahead and completed 4 rounds at 33:11
This was actually a pretty good WOD.
