    25 @ 115lbs
    20 @ 135lbs
    15 @ 165lbs

    First the good news – Time = 12:13

    Now the bad news.
    First, scaled down does not even begin to describe my workout. I did the super duper pussified version. Definition: Singles (cus I suck at jumping rope), air squats cus the gym by my work does not have anything less than a 45lb bar and after 2 reps I knew that wasnt going to work, and assisted pullups.

    Second, I got tons of why the hell is this guy sweating and panting so hard looks,when all he is doing is air squats and these dumb looking assisted pullups. I made up my mind that the first guy to say something I was going to bet him $100 he couldnt beat Breck’s “Fran” time. Because if even though I might suck I know someone who doesnt.

    Third, I almost couldnt drive home because the underside of my forearms were as hard as rocks.

    Fourth, beware of crossfit trainers. I am quite confident they could figure out a way for a kick to the groin to sound pleasant on paper.

    Lastly sorry for my long rant I cant wait until tomorrow to do it again, good evening. I am headed to the shower. Who am I kidding, I am taking a bath because I cant reach half of my body.
