    Cool…..If you sign up at crossfitjenks you to can be on the YouTube!!! Glad you guys were able to get the youtube stuff up and going!!! Looks good!!! Tough workout though!! The video makes it look easy!!!

    I should’ve done 10lb on the thrusters….oh well, next time.
