WOD as Rx’d. Time: 40:30 ( my running was on a treadmill)
Knew I was in trouble when I was breaking in the middle of the first 50 sit-ups. I have been proud of myself for doing back extensions with the CFWU daily, but never dreamed someone would be cruel enough to prescribe 150 in one day. Maybe it was the boat anchor that made it so tough.
