Thanks for the pic, OkieDB. Don’t think I will be doing that one anytime soon. At first I did not see anything supporting your feet, and I thought you were in Neverland. That’s one tough push-up.

    Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Squat cleaned them all from the floor first, stood up with it and then did my 5 reps.
    All 5 sets of 5 @ 205

Now, I feel terrible about my workout. I pulled the weight right off the rack.
Never thought about the fun of squat cleaning it.

Breck, I hate these. Keeping my elbows up. My wrists hurt, all twisted back. But I am determined to have good form, so I kept the weight light.
    Did my CFWU, then
    5×45, 5×55, 5×70, 5×80, 5×85 Front squats.
I think I did a good job of not rolling forward and keeping the weight on my heels.
I stopped myself at the top each time and made myself take and hold my breath so I would keep my core strong.
    Did 5×85, 5×75, 5×65, 5×45 back squats afterward and deadlifted 5×135, 5×185
    along with 50 air squats.
Did 20×95, 6×135 bench press, 10 push-ups to cool down.
    I feel fantastic.

Who is the Nerd in the PIC!!!! I know that is NOT that OkieDB.

Knocked out a 2 ½ mile run @ 16:55 for a warm-up. Starting to get my wind back and just felt like running.

    WOD as RXd
    1set = 95lbs
    2 set = 115lbs
    3 set = 135lbs
4 set = 155lbs (completed it and my legs feel strong, but puts to much pressure on my wrist. Still healing after having my titanium pins removed. Perhaps in the months to come I can go heavier).
    5 set = 115lbs
