Ran 2 miles immediately after, just to keep the buzz going.
The room was spinning after I did the 15 deadlifts.

5000meter (5K) Row Warm-Up Time = 20:55 **New PR by > than two minutes. I never thought I would get 5K under 20 minutes, but now I feel it may be feasible.
