I did “Cindy” with assisted pull-ups.
7 rounds completed and 2 pull-ups into the 8th round.
I was surprised that I was able to do air squats without stressing my hamstring.
Lucky me. Nicole, thanks for encouraging me about my deadlifts. I am just trying to keep up with the ladies.

As Rx’d (woohoo I think that’s the first time I’ve been able to say that!)
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
6 rounds completed plus 5 pull-up in round 7
Push-ups hindered my score on this one. Those are my weakness right now.
Jeff, no shame in your performance. I am still doing assisted pull-ups. You knocked out 35 pull-ups. That’s great.
Thanks for the perspective Mark. When you add all the rounds together, it does seem a little more respectable.
I need to keep in mind that three months ago I couldn’t have done 3 pull-ups let alone 35 in 20 minutes! Same for push-ups. I could do maybe 15 total, but this morning I did 60.
I heard a quote that applies to CrossFit nicely… ordinary actions done consistently lead to extraordinary results.
Jeff, after feeling the effects of just 7 rounds of Cindy this morning, I thought it would be super to have a goal of completing 10 rounds of Cindy some day. Then I saw on the Crossfit site where somebody completed 29 rounds. Now I feel like such a slob. But I will keep at those “ordinary actions” and just maybe…
