I had to skip the muscle-ups yesterday, since I cannot do one.
I did not have access to a pull-up bar to do 120 pull-ups.
I did 6 rounds of
400 meter run
20 push-ups
10 thrusters w/ 20lb. dumbells each arm (The last two rounds I could not get the dumbells overhead on the thrusters. So, I finished the last two rounds doing 10 x 40lb. front squats with the dumbells and 10 air squats each round.)
