Rest Day
Decided to do something today from home so I did two rounds of a modified CFWU and 1000 meter row to get warmed-up.
Then I did the workout from Friday except I used push-ups instead of pull-ups.
I got through 9 minutes, but could only get 4 push-ups in the 10th minute.
