Breakfast
2 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Whites
1 oz Swiss Cheese (1 1/2 slices)
1 1/4 cup cooked broccoli
8 Almonds
7 Walnuts
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 cup skim milk in coffee

Equals:
5 blocks protein
4 blocks carbs
5 blocks fat

Almost a complete 5 block breakfast.

8:45 AM:
Snack
1/2 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
4 Baby carrots
4 large Strawberries
6 almonds

Total Blocks= 2

12:00 PM:
Lunch
1/2 piece flat bread
1 1/4 cup broccoli
4 oz chicken breast
1 swiss cheese slice
8 almonds
7 walnuts

Total Blocks= 5

3:00 PM:
Snack
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Cup whole milk
1/2 TBSP peanut butter
1 1/2 ounce pulled pork

Total= 3 Blocks

5:30 PM
Snack
Snack
1/2 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
4 Baby carrots
4 large Strawberries- 1 Cup
6 almonds

Total= 2 Blocks

7:30 PM
Snack
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Cup whole milk
1/2 TBSP peanut butter
1/4 Cup cottage cheese

Total= 3 Blocks
