    Ran 400’s on treadmill @ 0% incline

I thought this workout was brutal. I laughed at myself doing the thrusters, knowing that I was not going to make it through 21 without a break, and knowing that meant I was going to drop the weight, which meant I would have to pick it up and clean it again, which just seemed like so much agony. I like that crazy feeling right in the middle of the workout where I feel like I must be losing my mind because it feels like my chest is going to rip open, and I will just fall to the floor in two parts both convulsing but feeling relief because it’s over.

I like when it’s over. I am happy and unaware of anything else except being right there in that spot, staring at my spot on the wall, knowing I am free to just breathe.

Mark, I feel your pain. I laid on my back on the floor afterwards for about 10 minutes not caring that I had a blinding overhead light in my eyes and now that you mention it I wasn’t thinking about anything but glad that it was over.

    Breck,
That 35 more pounds would have felt like a train car to me. I continue to be amazed at your times for these workouts.

    Greetings Jenks CrossFitters,
Great to be back in the swing of things, so I thought. Shannon and I performed today’s WOD and I thought it wasn’t going to be too bad. Boy what a bad day for a comeback after the move and travel. This WOD annihilated me! Mark I feel your pain Cuz. Hell the only reason I finished was because you and Breck completed it. Thanks for the motivation. Additionally my diet has been a little dirty now that I am back in Oklahoma eating some old home favorites and at particular restaurants. I could truly feel this also. NUTRITION is so damn important. That double dip ice cream cone from Braums about came up.

Any way today’s WOD as RXd = 36:38 I also laid on the floor and stood by the trash can for about five minutes afterwards. I thought I might work on some technical skills after, but was non-functional from this effort. Had to leave and go regroup and hydrate. I will be ready for tomorrow. Keep up the hard work CrossFit Jenks Crew. Train Hard, Train to Survive! OkieDb Out
