I need to work on my training face…ha ha!

Sorry I’m missing out on meeting everyone today. I’m so sore putting on a jacket is work. Lynne was brutal. If the weather doesn’t get bad Julie and I will be in on Sunday.

Ran the Jingle Bell 5k in the cold and wet this morning.

Time was 22:07. That was good enough for 2nd place out of 21 males in the 35-39 age bracket. Not my best time but I’ll take it considering the weather conditions. It was so bad that I raced with a jacket on for the first time ever. I have not done any running other than what CrossFit has prescribed and I beat a rival of mine who does nothing but run on a treadmill everyday. The best part is that my final kilometer was my fastest. Thanks Coach Berry!

Did a cruel 20 minutes masterminded by Breck and OkieDB. Several female crossfitters proved themselves fitter than me, which will keep me motivated for a long time. Loved meeting everyone, especially those kinfolk that I have not seen since Carter was president.

Crossfit brings families together! What other fitness program can make that boast.
    It’s fitness and family therapy.
