    “FRAN” as Rx’d:

    17:12!

This was a PR for me, I beat my old time by about 30 sec. and last time had to modify with jumping pull-ups! I’m very pleased with my progress @ crossfit and am looking forward breaking even more PR’s!

  2. Danny, way to bust that PR! Fran as Rx’d is hardcore.

I did “Angie” today, modified with 100 assisted pull-ups. Did the 100 sit-ups, push-ups, and squats as Rx’d.
    TIME: 34:35

Ran a mile afterwards to cool down, and thought I was gonna die. Had to go very slow.

  3. I also did “Angie” all broken up, alternating exercises. I would still be hanging on the pull-up bar if I had tried to do it as Rx’d straight “Angie”. Next time I will go for it.

  4. Top of the Morning Jenks CrossFitters,
Wow, I have been missing out on some excellent WODs and more importantly some great posts and reading some CrossFit improvements and excellent time/strength improvements. Keep up the dedicated, intense, work! Danny you are becoming a CrossFit Animal.
Mark, I have been encouraging the hot CrossFit Babes to stretch and keep performing the CFWU and performing a scaled/modified WOD on a consistent and regular basis. While I believe the redheaded CrossFitter (AKA Ally) wanted to ignite the T-shirt as she washed away the pain with the igniting fluid (chose to drink it), she is still a believer of this empirically proven strength and condition program that is constantly varied, functional movements, conducted at high intensity to improve performance across broad modal domains and times.
Mark it was great to see you at the Jenks CrossFit Facility on Saturday. I truly wish we could have spent more time and seen each other longer. I am very upset with myself on this issue, especially after your long drive. I will perform “MURPH” back to back with a Flak Vest for repentance. Seriously, at least lunch together would have been nice.
The Ice storm had shut down my internet access (actually shut down again as I composed this post) and I ran a Daddy Daycare on Monday (very similar to a WOD) and my alternate workout facility was closed (Jenks was too risky of a drive). So, I missed Monday’s WOD. No worries I look forward to my date with “ANGIE” and will see what I can do on push-jerk after a recovery break. Will Post later and look forward to your posts. 5. “Angie”

    100 pull-ups
100 push-ups (did these with feet elevated 1 foot)
    100 Sit-ups (did GHD sit-ups)
    100 Squats

    Time: 26:52

We too have been without power and limited internet access. The gym has had power so this is where we stayed last night.

  6. Today’s WOD. Thought I would perform pretty well today since these are some very common exercises we perform in the Army. But after looking at Danny and Craig’s results I have work to do. Dang Coach Berry, I normally knock out ANGIE, Michael etc (WODs with Sit-ups) with GHD sit-ups (CrossFit Elite Standard) but did the normal Military Sit-ups to compare to you but you switched on me. Next time I will call first.
Hello Craig, where do you work out at? That is an impressive time. I would like to perform a WOD with you.

My Results are posted below and time I finished each 100.
    Tuesday 071211 1mile run @ 7mph, CFWU minus dips and pull-ups

“Angie” is NOT Partitioned like “MURPH” Completed each 100 before moving on.

Had to also perfom this WOD for Catch-UP
