    Happy Birthday Julie!! I couldn’t get my lazy butt out of bed this morning, but I plan to do the “Julie” WOD this afternoon!

    I took the last couple of days off and just relaxed with no workouts.

    After seeing OkieDB’s 150 burpee time of 12:59 from the other day, I thought I better give it a try. I knew 12:59 would be very hard to beat but had no idea I would get smoked as bad as I did. My time was 18:29. So that was for the AM workout.

    I was planning on doing a CFT in the PM but I couldn’t resist the birthday workout “Julie”. Happy Birthday Julie!!

    I put on a few pounds over the holidays. I fell off the Zone wagon but I am back on it and ready to go for the new year.
