I wanted to apologize to Danny and Scott this morning for having them do 3 rounds instead of the 5 prescribed rounds.  For some reason I thought it said 3 rounds this morning.  When I saw Nicole doing 5, I just thought she was being an over achiever but she informed me it was 5 rounds.  I promise to make it up to you guys with the killer workout on New Year's Day.</description>
