Time: Somewhere around 26 minutes I think

My results were pathetic but coming off of a cold it looks like it might take a while to get back in the swing of things.</description>

shoulder press - 105
back squat - 145
Deadlift - 245
Total - 495

My legs feel whipped.  I had no ummphh.

Did a bunch of pull-ups and dips assisted.

Ran 1 mile

Jumped rope 5 minutes

I am back at home and looking forward to getting back in the Crossfit groove.</description>
