    Felt rough this morning. Missed my last time by a few minutes.
    The only good thing I can say about today’s workout is that I got up, went and finished it.

    Did Crossfit Total
    shoulder press - 105
    back squat - 145
    Deadlift - 245
    Total - 495

    My legs feel whipped. I had no ummphh.

    Did a bunch of pull-ups and dips assisted.

    Ran 1 mile

    Jumped rope 5 minutes

    I am back at home and looking forward to getting back in the Crossfit groove.

    20 Pushups
    15 Jumping Pullups
    25 Box Jumps

    2 Rnds (Suppose to be 3)

    Time: Somewhere around 26 minutes I think

    My results were pathetic but coming off of a cold it looks like it might take a while to get back in the swing of things.
