“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

“helen” was my first workout @ crossfit jenks and with 25lb kettlebells and jumping pullups I could only complete 2 rounds. time: 22:01
today I completed all 3 rounds with heavier weight and kippping pullups almost 10 min. faster! a new PR for me, crossfit jenks delivers!

Push-ups 8,7,8,5,4,3,5,5 (Total = 45)
Sit-ups 10, 8,8,7,8,7,8,8 (Total = 64)
Squats 8,10,9,7,8,8,8,9 (Total = 67)
TOTAL = 204
From Oct. 24, 2007, I increased push-ups by 10, Did all assisted pull-ups in Oct., Increased sit-ups by 8, squats dropped by 8.
