65-75-85-95-105-115-125-135-140-115
Previous PR for Front squat was 95lbs. That is why I started so low.
Did some assisted pull-ups and dips of course, as I continue on my quest to do 10 unassisted pull-ups (now up to 5) and 1 unassisted dip (very close to this).
Ran 1 mile on treadmill. Another beautiful Crossfit day!
Been zoning now for 4 days. Starting to find a ZONE menu I can live with.
