Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    I had to hold on during my one-legged squats for balance.

    11 rounds + 5 Handstand push-ups + 10 one-legged squats

    52/m/200 (I keep losing weight)
    Did CFWU
    Did “Cindy” modified
    Did 8 rounds and 5pull-ups/10push-ups/5 squats (1st 4 rounds all pull-ups were unassisted)

    Improved from 11/9/07 by over 1 full round (and at that time I did all assisted pull-ups.)

    I did a few overhead squats today with goal of setting new PR for me. My core strenghth felt so much improved yesterday doing front squats, I felt like I could go for 60lbs. at OHS today, and I made it!

    In October, I could only manage 20lbs. on OHS, and I felt absolutely awkward even with that light weight.

    I jumped rope today for 5 minutes.

    Still “Zoning” (It really helps that my wife is “Zoning” also, not preparing me giant plates of spaghetti or letting me get my hands on a whole jar of peanut butter), and anticipating that I will soon be going under 200-lbs BW for first time in 15 years.

    Breck, your “Mary” time impresses me. I laugh at myself thinking that I would probably use up 20 minutes of time just trying to turn myself upside down 11 times.

    Doing everything as prescribed, so I’m pretty pleased with my performance!! I also had a great group of guys to compete with!! Good job fellas!

    Last time I could only manage 6 full rounds.

    8 Rounds + 9 Push-ups

    Last time was 10 Rounds + 5 Pullups but the pullups were jumping and the pushups were 5 Regular and 5 Assisted, so I am happy with my progress.
