Improved from 11/9/07 by over 1 full round (and at that time I did all assisted pull-ups.)
I did a few overhead squats today with goal of setting new PR for me. My core strenghth felt so much improved yesterday doing front squats, I felt like I could go for 60lbs. at OHS today, and I made it!
In October, I could only manage 20lbs. on OHS, and I felt absolutely awkward even with that light weight.
I jumped rope today for 5 minutes.
Still “Zoning” (It really helps that my wife is “Zoning” also, not preparing me giant plates of spaghetti or letting me get my hands on a whole jar of peanut butter), and anticipating that I will soon be going under 200-lbs BW for first time in 15 years.
Breck, your “Mary” time impresses me. I laugh at myself thinking that I would probably use up 20 minutes of time just trying to turn myself upside down 11 times.

Last time was 10 Rounds + 5 Pullups but the pullups were jumping and the pushups were 5 Regular and 5 Assisted, so I am happy with my progress.
