(On 11/1/07 I did modified “Diane” w/ 135lb deadlifts and 60lb shoulder press. Time was 12:02 I guess I feel good about doing the increased load today, but I had really hoped to match my November time or better it with the increased load. Think I will stick at these weights for my next “Diane’s” until I can get my time under 10 minutes.)
I jumped rope for five minutes and did 5 pull-ups, 2×5 assisted pull-ups, 3×5 assisted dips. Did 15 vertical leg lifts.
Wanted to do more today, as I probably will not get to do the WOD tomorrow unless it is just a run, which I could get in early. I am taking my stepdaughter back to Texas Women’s University in Denton tomorrow.
