  1. Won’t be able to make it in today so I devised my own WOD at home.

    Warmed-up with Sampson stretch, some squats, 200 single unders, and 60 swings (30-20-10) with a 35lb kettlebell.

    Then with a continuously running clock did one pushup the first minute, two pushups the second up through 11 complete rounds and 3 pushups in the 12th minute for a grand total of 69 reps.

    This was a tough workout. I haven’t done thrusters in a long time and they always kick my butt.

  3. Well, my back paid for my push press yesterday 🙂

    I pulled a muscle so I had to modify today’s workout by substituting box steps & sit-ups for the thrusters & pull-ups.

    For Time:

    25 box steps
    25 sit-ups
    800 Meter run
    25 sit-ups
    25 box steps
    400 Meter run

    I am pretty happy that I was able to do all of my runs without walking. Running is by far my biggest weakness and today was the 1st time I acutally ran/jogged an 800.

    I liked this one a lot. I am glad we are adding in further distance in the runs, even though I am still speed walking part of them.
