    front squat:

    3-3-3-3-3-3-3

    5 @ 45lbs
    3 @ 65lbs
    3 @ 85lbs
    3 @ 95lbs
    3 @ 105lbs
    3 @ 110lbs
    3 @ 120lbs
    3 @ 130lbs
    1 @ 135lbs

    PR on 12/4/07 was 85lbs, but I was doing sets of 5, so not sure how that would translate to 1MR. Either way I’ve still made some big gains in my strength. Thanks Coach Berry. Now where’s that ice pack for my back?
