32/M/173

Did WOD: Dead lift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

10 warm-up reps @ 95

1@ 105
1@ 135
1@ 145
1@ 155
1@ 165
1@ 175 (previous PR 12/19/08)
1@ 205

1 extra because I felt strong @ 225 (new PR!). That's a 50# difference. Mostly this is due to continually improving technique but I have felt a big improvement in my strength as well.

52/m/198 (still zoning)

Did WOD: Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
3x135
1x155
1x175
1x225
1x245
1x265
failed at 275 twice (my PR, but could not match it today)
1x255
1x255
1x255
1x255
1x235
1x225
Once I got above 225 I felt very lightheaded, like I was going to fall over, after each lift. Wondered if there was something wrong with me, but I kept going to the next lift after a minute or so of recovery.
