    Did CFWU
    Did main Crossfit WOD: 4 rounds, run 400 meters w/2 minute rest between.
    Ran on treadmill 0% incline because it is too cold outside
    Times: 2:02, 1:58, 1:58, 2:03

    Did 21×45lb shoulder press
    21×65 back squats
    21 pull-ups
    21×95 bench press

    The more I think about it the more that I realize that the pull-up bar I was using was probably closer to 7 feet than 8 feet. Regardless, that was one of the tougher workouts I’ve been through. I was absolutely drenched in sweat afterwards.

    100 Burpees jumping and touching (no pullups) the 7′ bar.

    100 Burpees with a pull-up to the short bar from two 35lb plates…….

    Time: 15:10

    Did another short work-out- about 10 minutes later…

    21-15-9 rep rounds for time:

    Benchpress @ 65lb
    Deadlift @ 115

    Time: 8:49

    I think I’m gonna try to do an additional work-out on Tues/Thurs evenings.. In an attempt to get ready for the Certification in March!!
