I have some improving to feel good about too.

Did Crossfit Total
Shoulder Press -100
Back Squat – 175lbs. (new PR by 15lbs)
Deadlift – 235 (my back injury from 2 days ago definitely hindered this lift)
TOTAL - 510

Did thrusters 21x50lbs., 15x50lbs.

Did some oHS
Did 1x65lbs. OHS (new PR)

Rowed 1k
Ran 1k

Did 20 dead hang pull-ups
Attempted an unassisted dip, but just missed getting back to full extensions
Did a bunch of assisted dips</description>
