1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

    35lb Kettlebell X 21 swings
    12 Pull-ups

    14:05
    All swings and first round of pull-ups were unbroken.

    Last performed “Helen” on 1/5/08 with a 30lb Kettlebell in 16:41.

    Way to go Jeff!!

    I have some improving to feel good about too.

    Did Crossfit Total
    Shoulder Press -100
    Back Squat – 175lbs. (new PR by 15lbs)
    Deadlift – 235 (my back injury from 2 days ago definitely hindered this lift)
    TOTAL - 510

    Did thrusters 21×50lbs., 15×50lbs.

    Did some oHS
    Did 1×65lbs. OHS (new PR)

    Rowed 1k
    Ran 1k

    Did 20 dead hang pull-ups
    Attempted an unassisted dip, but just missed getting back to full extensions
    Did a bunch of assisted dips

    Dang Mark, I’m impressed with your workouts, especially the 20 dead hang pull-ups! Wow, I remember it wasn’t too long ago when you started doing unassisted pull-ups.

    I need to try the CF Total one of these days to see what I can do.
