    Terrific photos! I have been seeing some of those brutal Crossfit Jenks workout results posted, but saw no photographic evidence of the cruelty inflicted, until now.
    Looks like people are having fun.

    Did CFWU

    Did main Crossfit WOD: “Cindy” as rx’d.
    In 20 minutes I completed 8 rounds and another 5 pullups, 10pushups, 5 squats (exactly the same total I accomplished on 1/8/08, except this time I did NO ASSISTED PULL-UPS.).

    I ran 400 meters at a snail’s pace for a cool down. “Cindy” wiped me out today.

    wasn’t feeling it tonight, not very happy with my lifts.

    32/M/170 — my lowest weight so far!!!

    New PR on pull-ups. I did 15 in both rounds of warm-up!!!
    Did my body weight on back squat. This is the same weight I got on 12/14 but at 135 and up I was only able to do singles and had a slight spot at 170. No spots today.
