    Was able to knock out a WOD in my new world. Glad you got the Flag (Union Up and Left). It was an Honor to have that flown on foreign soil for you, our family, and CrossFit Jenks. American Pride!!! Outstanding Job on the 2:46 FRAN and 955 CrossFit Total! Way to work for the Games Championship. I am jealous and wish I could train with and accompany you there. May God Bless Juice and all of the CrossFit Jenks Family. Keep up the hard work Jenks CrossFitters, the pics are great, and what comments I get time to read are inspiring. Never Quit Never Surrender!     This was much harder than appeared~ I HATE squats~ especially
    150 in one night…oh yea more than that…I don’ remember how many in the work out~
    Crossfit is Addictive!! I never stayed with anything more than a few weeks;but I have been Crossfitting (thanks to the GREAT trainer) for 4 months now! I fee;l 100% better than when I first started…couldn’t even do ONE set up!
