    The jump rope kept my score down. I did ok on everything else, but after the first two rounds of jump rope the tank felt empty.

    32/M/170 - weight is still down!!!

    During the warm-up we also did total sit-ups for 2 minutes. I did 49. Not a great number but I did some major ab work last night so I wasn’t surprised that I was so sore.

    This is my post for yesterday’s work. Today I am resting.

    Did CFWU

    Had planned to do “Grace” the main Crossfit WOD, but strained muscle in my back was too painful doing the clean. So I did…

    6 sets of 5×75 push press

    3 sets of 10×95 back squat

    10×20lb, 10×25lb, 10×30lb each arm dumbbell bench press
    3 sets of 10×15lb dumbbell shoulder press

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill 0% incline

    Breck,

    We(Dave and I) tried a WOD today I think you might like, and kinda curious in how fast you can smoke through it. We combined “Grace”(full squat cleans) with 30 Muscle-ups.
    10 sets of
    3 Clean and Jerks 135#
    3 Muscle-ups.

    I post the good so I might as well post the bad workouts.

    Total: 528

    The jump rope completely killed my total reps as Jeff mentioned. I also have trouble doing quick repetitions of deadlifts. Oh well just more stuff to improve on.
