5 Rounds for total reps of:
Jump rope - 1 minute
Push ups - 1 minute
Deadlift - 1 minute (men 135 lbs, women 95 lbs)
Rest - 1 minute

Total: 528

The jump rope completely killed my total reps as Jeff mentioned.  I also have trouble doing quick repetitions of deadlifts.  Oh well just more stuff to improve on.</description>

We(Dave and I) tried a WOD today I think you might like, and kinda curious in how fast you can smoke through it.  We combined "Grace"(full squat cleans) with 30 Muscle-ups.
