*ManEaters are a combination Burpee/Squat Clean/Thruster Dumbbell Complex. Men – 35 lb and Women – 25 lb Dumbbells

Post time and dumbbell weight to responses.

    Did CFWU

    Did main Crossfit WOD modified: 3 rounds for time
    I did 155lb. deadlift 15 reps
    65 lb. shoulder press 15 reps
    15 pull-ups
    50lb. thrusters 15 reps

    My Time: 35:10

    The room was spinning a couple of times during this workout.
    My strained back muscle is still bothering me. I hate to lay off for several days, just to try and heal it.

    this one was a lung burner for sure!

    Mark, keep in mind that one or two days off to rest that muscle may save you one or two weeks off with a serious injury. get some deserved R&R and come back strong!

    165# Deadlifts
    Pushups

    First time I have deadlifted in my life, thanks for the great coaching Breck, my shins are still bleeding! Starting to see some improvement in this CrossFit way of life, feeling stronger.
