Friday 080201

Both of these workouts can be done almost anywhere.  Just because CrossFit Jenks is closed today is no reason not to get in a workout.

For time:

50 Push-ups

Run 400 meters

50 Sit-ups

Run 400 meters

50  Air Squats

Run 400 meters

or

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Push-ups

15 Sit-ups

25  Air Squats

Post choice of workout and results to responses.

* CrossFit Jenks will be closed this Friday, Feb. 1st, Saturday, Feb. 2nd and Sunday, Feb. 3rd.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
