Both of these workouts can be done almost anywhere. Just because CrossFit Jenks is closed today is no reason not to get in a workout.
For time:
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Air Squats
Run 400 meters
or
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
25 Air Squats
Post choice of workout and results to responses.
