CrossFit Jenks is closed today but that is no excuse not to workout.  Here are a couple of workouts to choose from that require no equipment.

Start with one squat in the first minute, two squats in the second minute, three squats in the third minute…..  and continue until you can no longer complete the number of reps for that minute.  If you want to add some resistance use a 45 lb olympic bar if available or any object that you can hold and still maintain a proper air squat.

For time and steps:

400 Meter Walking Lunge

Go to the local track and do one full lap of walking lunges.
