Complete three rounds for time of:

95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

    Did Shoulder Press

    Did some assisted dips.
    Did some pull-ups.
    Did some sit-ups.

    Run 400 meters

    Compared to 29:xx on 12/21/07 when I used 65 lbs.

    Also did a second WOD with a continuous running clock one push-up the first minute, 2 push-ups the second minute…

    Made it to round 10 plus 10 push-ups the 11th minute.
    Total of 65 reps.

    10 pull-ups
    400 meter

    24:25 compared to last time of 33:01

    Breck though it would be good to do the same since it was recent to check progress. Although I didn’t feel great last night I can see a lot of progress.
