    Did CFWU
    Did Main Crossfit WOD: Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

    I did 85-90-95-95-100 (failed on 3rd)-90-90
    I am terrible at these. I am not aggressive, out of fear of hurting myself. When I am aggressive, I feel more reckless, and thus prone to getting hurt. I am still limited by my back muscle strain that occurred about 12 days ago.

    Did 25lb. dumbbell bench press (I continue to learn from these dumbell exercises that my right arm is significantly weaker and limited in movement compared to my left arm)

    Did 2 sets 10×135 deadlift

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill

    Did this one again to test my progress, so I kept the same weight

    97 (versus 78 the last time I did Lynne

    Kind of sore from the last two days of workouts so I decided to do something different tonight. Played in a pickup basketball game for 2.5 hours.
