Overhead Squats, 75 reps - (men 95 lbs, women 65 lbs)

Try to complete the 75 reps in the least amount of sets as possible.

    20 / 10 / 10 / 10 / 10 / 12 / 3

    Was trying for 5 sets, then I was trying for six and almost had it but the bar got away from me with 3 left.

    This was harder than I thought, dang-it, I’m going to try it again in a week or so w/ the same weight and see how I do.
