Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

Mary
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    On 1/8/08 I did 11 rnds. +5 pull-ups

    Today: 10 rnds +5 pull-ups + 9 push-ups

    Tore the !@#% out of my hands on the pull-ups today. A lot of damage to come up a round short.
    Have to get that PR next time I guess!

    5K Row in 21:58 PR!

    cut one minute even off my last time on 12/21.
    could barely lift my legs afterwards.
    like the shirt says, this one “smoked me like cheap crack!”

    Did CFWU
    Did main Crossfit WOD for time:
    25 Walking lunge steps
    20 pull-ups
    50 box jumps 20 in. box (I subbed 50 squats w/45lbs.)
    20 double unders (I subbed 80 single unders)
    25 ring dips ( I subbed 25 assisted dips)
    20 knees to elbows
    30 kettlebell swings 2 pood (I subbed 30 dumbell swings w/30lbs.)
    30 sit-ups
    20 hang squat cleans w/35lb. dumbbells ( I subbed 20lb. dumbbells)
    25 back extensions
    30 wall ball shots 20lb. ball ( I subbed 30 shoulder press w/45lbs.)
    3 rope climb ascents (I subbed 20 pull-ups)

    I got no time because I forgot to start my watch. How do you forget to start your watch?

    I ran 2 miles on treadmill at 0% incline to make me smarter.

    Today: 8 rnds +7 push-ups

    Pullups are still killing me on these workouts.
