    I hit 10 min and 23 sec my weight on the thrusters was 75lbs on ol franie girl however I was a little hung over I do not recomend vodka in heavy doses the night before a wrkout….. I just want to add that I am making remarkable gains that I could not make in any other system, gym, or with any other piers…… everyone keep up the good work…

    Had planned to do Main Crossfit WOD: Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    BUT, was out of town and had no access to weights.

    Went to a high school track in Lampasas and did 6 rounds of:
    5 pull-ups, run 220 yards, 10 push-ups, run 220 yards

    Did 10 more pull-ups, 50 sit-ups

    will probably do Deadlifts in the morning instead of taking a Rest Day

    HEY BRECK, Congrats on making the Main Crossfit Site VIDEO Today. I had not been on-line all day, so I was stunned to see you there when I started watching the video. That other guy was not getting the hip crease below the top of the knee on his OHS. His faster time is bogus. YOU ARE AWESOME. Crossfit JENKS Rules!!!
