    Breck, excellent job representing CrossFit Jenks on the main CF site.

    Did 1 pullup in the first minute, 2 pullups in the second minute, and so on. Made it eleven rounds (total of 66 pullups).

    Then did push presses as follows:

    5 x 95
    5 x 115
    5 x 120
    5 x 125
    3 x 130
    5 x 115

    This was my first workout since 1/30 as I came down with the flu and have been trying to get back to full strength ever since.

    Did 1 pullup in the first minute, 2 pullups in the second minute, and so on. finished 10th rnd., couldn’t complete 11

    Then did push presses as follows:
    5 x 65 lbs.
    5 x 95 lbs.
    5 x 105 lbs.
    5 x 115 lbs.
    5 x 125 lbs.
    3 x 135 lbs. PR

    (12/14 max was 3 x 125)

    10 Pullups in 10 minutes plus 5

    Then did push presses as follows:

    5 x 65
    5 x 75
    5 x 80
    5 x 85
    5 x 95
    4 x 100

    PR by 5 lbs

    Was playing catch-up today, did the Main Crossfit WOD from yesterday.

    Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

    I was feeling inspired by a note from OkieDB.
    Did 205-225-245-265-275-285(new PR)-failed at 290-275-255-235×3

    Breck, you sure have that Crossfit Jenks bunch working hard. I am impressed by those pull-up rounds. My best is still 6 rounds plus.

    10 Pullups in 10 minutes plus 10 (I missed at least 4 pull-ups which cost me the 11th round)

    Then did push presses as follows:

    5 x 65
    5 x 75
    5 x 85
    5 x 95
    5 x 105
    2 x 125

    Have done a different version of this workout before and made it to 130 for 1 rep.

    Did 17 jumping pullups in 17 minutes…was too tired to even attempt 18 :)

    Then did push press as follows:

    5 X 55
    5 x 65
    5 x 75
    5 x 85
    5 x 95
    5 x 105

    Tried some push presses in the morning but just wasn’t feeling it.

    Did a 5km row in the afternoon and set a PR.

    Time: 18:40

    Mark, Great job on the deadlifts!!! Impressive numbers!! Maybe I need OkieDB to write me a note!

    Great job to everyone on all the Push Press PR’s!!

    Ha! Thanks for the pics Breck, barely looks like I was about ready to pass out cold about 2 minutes prior to these pics. I’ll see you in there again despite all that.
