“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to responses.

Did Main Crossfit WOD: “Randy” 75x75lb. power snatches for time.
I subbed 45lb. power snatches.
Did them in sets of 10 up to 75.
Might have been able to handle more weight, but it was doing snatches that I strained something in my back a couple of weeks ago.
I think I managed my form pretty well today, and had no muscle pain.
I did not remember to start my watch again, and got no time.
I really think I have early Alzheimer’s.
Will let you know for sure, if I remember.
I did bench press 5×45, 5×65, 5×85, 5×105
There is something wrong with my right shoulder. When I bench press it feels like the shoulder joint is injured.
I did dumbell bench press 21x25lb. dumbells.
I did 10x15lb. dumbell shoulder press.
Ran 1 mile on treadmill 0% incline.
Did 10×45 OHS.
