Overhead Fran

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:

95 pound Overhead squats

Pull-ups

    Did Main Crossfit WOD: regular “Fran” (21-15-9 reps for time of 95lb. thrusters and pull-ups.)

    I modified “Fran” subbing 60lb. thrusters.

    My time: 11:47
    This was first time I have done all pull-ups unassisted. Previous best time with same weight and ASSISTED pull-ups was 12:39. So almost a 1 minute improvement, and I have increased my load.

    Did 21×45lb., 10×95lb., 10×95lb. bench press
    10×30lb. dumbbell bench press
    10×15lb. dumbbell shoulder press
    Right shoulder continues to feel hurt, weak, injured. I am not sure what is wrong with it.

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.
