I did all three rounds of pull-ups and the first round of dips unbroken - a first for me.

Deadlifts:

Breck decided these were too easy and called it all a warmup. LOL

I think I could have gotten another 35-40 lbs, but I decided to call it quits there to save my back for another day.</description>
