    I went the last two days without working out in any manner. I have not done that since August 6-7, 2007. I guess I am a little compulsive.

    Today did CFWU

    Due to an old wrist surgery, it took me a while to get it to loosen up enough to do these with much weight. But, since this was my 1st time doing front squats, I am pretty happy with the 128.

    Great job Nicole on 135!

    I am getting better with the jump rope.

    I Started to do 10×1 Fronts Squats, but was feeling very unsafe after

    5 x 135
    1 x 185
    1 x 205
    1 x 210

    Without bumper plates and by myself I decided to play it safe, and finished with

    5 x 135
